Fast growing insurer seeks an experienced Human Resources professional to lead all HR operations including: human capital planning, workforce relations, associate development & training, recruitment, payroll, and similar functions.
*** Develop and lead and manage team of HR professionals.
*** Spearhead recruitment, staff training, and associate development.
*** Collaborate with Sales team to improve recruitment campaigns, training, productivity, and agent retention.
*** Oversee resolution of employee complaints and implement measures to prevent litigation.
*** Provide cross-functional leadership to create a strong working relationship between HR and other departments.
*** 5+ years of Human Resources department management experience.
*** Expertise in HRlaws, regulations, and compliance matters.
