An expanding company comprised of multiple business lines including the hospitality industry has an exciting career opportunity for a Vice President of Human Resources based in North Carolina. This highly regarded organization has many strategic future growth plans including new builds as well as acquisitions. We are looking for an experience human resources leader to be a part of the executive team that will continue to foster the core values of this organization including a customer centric focus, operational excellence, effective and clear communication, integrity, passion and a true desire to engage, inspire and motivate at every level of the company.
The Vice President of Human Resources will partner with the operations leadership over each business line and their teams, and provide professional knowledge, expertise and guidance on all human capital functions of the business. This key leader will participate in the development and execution of the businesses plans and programs as a strategic partner to ensure the best possible talent is available to meet and exceed business plans and identify opportunities internally to position the company for their future growth. This role will lead a team of four direct reports, will be responsible for Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and Safety and will report to the President of the company on all related matters. Position requires experience in hospitality related fields that could include restaurants, convenience stores, travel plazas, or other foodservice outlets.
