What You Will Do

As the Vice President of Finance, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee financial activities, policies, procedures and practices for ministry market.

You will:

  • Serves as a member of executive team and provides leadership in setting and developing strategic initiatives. Recommends strategies designed to achieve financial, strategic, operational, as well as system objectives and goals.
  • Plans and coordinates financial resources. Serves as liaison on financial matters among executive leadership, and management.
  • Monitors financial performance, conducts organization-wide performance improvement activities, and maintains financial plans and forecasts. Ensures that financial needs are met and that budgets and projections are completed timely and accurately.
  • Collaborates with the finance team to coordinate major projects and system initiatives. Implements processes to ensure the timely completion of all financial activity requirements for system office and the Board of Directors.

What You Will Need


  • Bachelor's Level Degree required
  • Masters degree or equivalent experiencepreferred

Work Experience:

  • Ten years of technical experiencerequired.
  • Fifteen years technical experiencepreferred.
  • Five years of leadership and management experiencepreferred.
