Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of referrals from customer base and conversion.
  • Manage and optimize customer & prospect qualification and requalification strategies, including ROI analyses and recommendations on campaign creative, offer or channel enhancements.
  • Enhance existing customer loyalty programs and touch-points to increase consumer participation and bottom line impact.
  • Actively monitor call center performance against key referral metrics –requiring regular double-jacking with call center agents to identify opportunities to refine/optimize referral program
  • Provide and be knowledgeable in best practices in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of campaigns across all channels (direct mail, email, phone, web, social, etc.)
  • Develop new customer acquisition programs, in tandem with channel partners, to grow the Vantage customer and prospect file
  • Annually increase the number of prospective customers by 20%
  • Reduce costs to acquire customers through improved segmentation and modeling
  • Report and track the # of qualified candidates – create a breakdown by recency segments
  • Make recommendations on the target demographics; make recommendations on how to market to that demographic (direct mail, social media, website)
  • Reportdatabase metrics 
  • Interpret and compile analytics using MS SQL Server, SQL queries, & Excel
  • Coordinate campaigns and initiatives to enrich the Customer Database with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage 1 data technician, responsible for ensuring Customer Data is integrated properly into the Master Customer Database and definitions of this data are clear.
  • Establish and enforce "Best Practices" for database marketing and qualification, based on company goals
  • Streamline the customer selection process, by configuring the database to identify qualified prospects/customers

Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical skills coupled with solid business foundation, particularly in Database Marketing.
  • An innovative, positive and self-directed attitude – interested in developing new solutions and ongoing improvements based on proven metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel, multi-wave (trigger) direct marketing operations, strategy and analysis.
  • Ability to mine data, using query language(s) to create data for program development support.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Constantly measure results and hold partners accountable for program success.
