If this sounds like you, you might be our next VP of Marketing for the Bedding Group. In this role, you’ll find yourself the public face of Leggett & Platt for the bedding industry. You’ll advocate for the consumer, recommend bold marketing moves, and ensure our message is conveyed in the right way to the right audiences.
A fair warning: this role reports directly to senior executive leadership and is responsible for all aspects of developing and branding the product line. It’s a lot of responsibility. If that scares you away, you’re not our person.
What we’re looking for -
Background: Education and experience are important. If you don’t have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of marketing experience, you aren’t our top choice.
Additionally, you’ll need an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to calculate risks and place smart bets.
Location: Ideally, this role will be based out of our Corporate headquarters in Carthage, Missouri. If you don’t live in the immediate area, you’ll need to at least be onsite numerous days per week.
