This individual has overall responsibility for the Plan Sponsor Services Team within Personal Investing’s Lifetime Engagement Tribe while supporting Tribe-wide performance analytics and the evolution of Tribe strategy. Additionally, this individual will have management responsibility for the Lifetime Engagement Fast-Start Program initiatives.

This highly visible role has a direct impact on the Tribe’s overall success and is critical to the achievement of its key business objectives. The Lifetime Engagement Tribe is focused on expanding the support Fidelity provides to workplace participants through the effective presentation and adoption of Fidelity’s full suite of offerings. Within Lifetime Engagement the Plan Sponsor Services Team leads the efforts to assist participants and plan sponsors with planning and decision support during workplace events -including programs that drive participant engagement during critical transition periods, and facilitates thousands of participant educational workshops each year for our workplace clients. The Expertise You Have

  • BS/BA required, MBApreferred
  • 10 years defined contribution experience; 5 years leading teams
  • Fidelity Personal Investing and Workplace Investing experiencepreferred
  • FINRASeries 7 & 24 licenses will be required
