Newly created Vice President, Liability Claims position will handle the following:

 

*** Direct all claims operations activities for Liability division, including review, analysis, and approval of complex coverage issues.

 

*** Discuss and set strategy, policies, and procedures for claims handling within company and department guidelines.

 

*** Oversee large claims, including mediation and trials.

 

*** Manage reporting, claims and data analytics, litigation support, and vendor coordination.

 

*** Manage and direct staff in the day to day function of Claims department, including providing opportunities for training and development.
