As Vice President, Insurance Agency Client Service Operations, you are a strategic leader within this national brokerage’s western region. All client service activities, from workflows and deliverables to technology utilization and employee training, fall under your purview.
Departmental Policies & Procedures: Review and revise commercial and personal lines department workflows to keep pace with technology advancements, industry or market changes and/or E&O compliance related issues. Develop & analyze data/metrics of support service efforts.
Personnel Management: Hire, train and develop account management and client service employees. Ensure a consultative approach to account/client management and retention. Facilitate technology utilization & training.
Workflow Accountability: Create a standardized renewal process including requests from carriers and proposals delivered to clients. Provide carrier partners a primary contact for the Western Region (personal and commercial lines), in conjunction with leadership including sales and operations. Assist service teams with access to carrier partners, new vendors, or products that may benefit clients.
