Position Summary:

This position will be a strategic business partner to the Group President of Climate (approximately $1B in revenue) around organizational design, integration of acquisitions, long-term talent planning, talent management and other related HR business partner duties. The VP of Human Resources will provide leadership on identifying and developing key talent, leading change management, and reinforcing the company's cultural values. He/She will also ensure the company meets all regulatory and HR compliance requirements in every location where the company operates.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Shape a culture of integrity, inclusion, engagement, responsibility, transparency and performance
  • Laser focused on the success of talent from recruitment, onboarding, promoting and retention through a purposeful and strategic use of people analytics and data that will focus the organization's direction for the future
  • Proactively drive, lead, influence and manage the organization to ensure the human resources needs of the company are met, as well as anticipate the future needs of the organization and areas of potential disruption
  • Be an active and influential member of the senior management team, addressing critical challenges and opportunities to develop and engage Regal's workforce
  • Coach and advise senior leaders and managers regarding strategic and complex organizational and employee issues, including divestitures and reductions in force, while providing proactive, pragmatic solutions and alternatives
  • Oversee and positively influence employee communications, employee relations, and diversity initiatives
  • Work with the senior management team to ensure that cost effective processes are in place to fulfill the Company's financial objective of increasing the return on invested capital
  • Represent the Company in all HR regulatory matters and provide counsel to management when questions arise


Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience, including leading teams of HR professionals in supporting an international, multi-location, multi-state work force
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or other related graduate degree preferred
  • Multi-site and International Experience
  • Experience in organizational communication, employee relations, compensations plans, employee retention, HRIS, talent acquisition & development, people operations & metrics and developing engaging culture
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to align teams and individuals in multiple locations. Ability as a player/coach to personally execute the plan, motivate and inspire a high velocity dynamic team while creating a highly empowered organization
  • Active involvement in the M&A process including HR due diligence and successful integration of acquired workforces
