The Vice President / Head of Campus Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Implementation and tracking of digital marketing communications across all channels, tactical email campaigns, trigger communications, live chat, websites, video, mobile and others
  • Utilizing digital platforms in an innovate fashion to ensure that the company is way ahead of competitors and aware of every emerging digital trend but also aligned to the university environment
  • Ensuring digitalcampaigns are supporting, complimenting and fully integrated into more traditional channels
  • Supporting the delivery of campaigns that provide efficient personalization and segmentation of our target audiences.
  • Boosting the company's presence in key social media platforms; delivering innovative and efficient solutions
  • Website management and liaising with recruiters to ensure messaging is accurate and up to date and eye catching
  • Partnering with external agencies and Internal Approval teams to ensure all content is fully compliant (Brand, Corp Comms, Legal, Compliance etc.)


  • 10+ years of proven experience in Developing Marketing and Recruitment Campaigns
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Data Mining / Web Analytics
  • Experience with Vendor and Stakeholder Management
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of Campus Recruitment cycle and nuances of attracting campus talent
  • Marketing expertise (website design & multi-channel marketing)
  • Experience of managing suppliers, in particular marketing agencies
  • Proven experience with Creative Writing
  • Strong understanding of key Social Media platforms
  • Knowledge of the Higher Educationlandscape
