Position Overview

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Vice President, Group Information & Records Management in New York, NY to work withthe Group Information & Records Management to lead the bank's strategy development and organizational capabilities, in partnership with key stakeholders, to achieve the bank's data management vision. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience running complex enterprise PMO and global initiatives involving both business and technology transformations. Must include at least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience supporting and promoting project management methodologies and enterprise PMO standard guidelines; conducting project planning, analysis and execution on specialized initiatives addressing compliance to critical legal, regulatory, and business requirements; reengineering business processes by enforcing standard procedures; establishing change management processes at the enterprise PMO level and conducting analysis of the impact to the overall capabilities; executing a standard Investment Governance process toanalyze and optimize a portfolio of business and technology investments; and establishing and implementing communications strategy, methodology and reporting tools and templates for management board and other C-level executive committees. #DNI
