  • Lead the Finance team responsible for providing accurate, timely direct cost reporting, with analysis and partnership to operations to interpret results, support further understanding of the information, and identify efficiencies, improvements and/or business expansion opportunities
  • Lead the enhanced development and deployment of consistent cost accounting portfolio approach which supports various core business, while linking to RRH long-range strategic and financial plans
  • In collaboration with RRH executive leadership team, responsible for financial planning and oversight, including work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers while defining appropriate controls for tracking
  • Prepare and develop both fixed and variable budgets, forecasts and long term plans with leadership, as well as preparation of budget presentations
  • Develop and issue standardized management reporting packages comparing actual, forecast and plan results
  • Improves and streamlines the existing budget and reporting process to increase efficiencies and accuracy in annual budgets and margin reporting
  • Responsible for Clinical trials billing including supervision and training of Billing staff, monitoring of metrics to ensure process improvement, monthly reporting of revenue, and accounts receivables management
