You will lead the technology organization, support the existing applications and IT infrastructure, as well take an active role in new developments.
? Duties & Responsibilities
? Work with the multiple teams, to develop technology long-term strategies.
? Manage and monitor expectations with the heads of the departments.
? Communicate effectively to board members, executive level management, as well as employees.
? Be passionate about the company culture and infuse it into daily management
? Actively manage employee engagement, coaching, and talent development.
? Ensure continuous availability and operational continuity of critical systems such as SAAS platforms and warehouse operations.
? Travel regularly between our Napa and Vancouver offices.
? Manage system, network, and information security; provide effective IT project governance and IT-oriented regulatory compliance.
? Develop, track and effectively control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
? Review and negotiate major contracts for computing, information technology and communication services.
? Be actively involved in security improvements across the systems.
? Take an active role in securityinfrastructure including our payment processing, PCI compliance, & IT security.

? Minimum 10+ years of software development management experience in roles of increasing responsibility
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant technical field.
? B2B and B2C SAASexperience
? Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with other leaders in the company
? Proven track record managing local and remote development resources
? Experience with Oracle Enterprise, Microsoft, Java and related development technologies.
? Experience with modern web technologies, NodeJS, REST APIs, Ruby, AWS
