Job Description

As the Vice President/Director, IT Staffing Sales, you will be responsible for;

  • Overseeing, mentoring and scaling of the IT Staffing Sales team.
  • Establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the IT staffing sales team while holding them accountable for the achievement of goals.
  • Aggressively driving the expansion of the MRCC brand across the US with business development efforts and brand awareness.
  • Assist in the targeting and opening of new business locations across the continental United States.
  • Build and roll out of a new training program for entry level sales candidates, as MRCC matures and scales for new business opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience with companies selling either IT Staffing, or technology services to mid-to-large companies.
  • Proven track record of building top end sales teams that exceeds sales goals and objectives.
  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills with a comfort level in executive level presentations.
  • Relentless focus on building the MRCC IT Staffing sales business.
  • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and team player, willing to collaborate with all aspects of MRCC business, to further expand and support the MRCC brand.

This position offers a best in the industry compensation package which includes a base salary, a strong commission plan with uncapped earning potential and an annual bonus plan.
