Job Description

. The individual will work closely with business, technology, and third party vendors, and manage an ever evolving roadmap. If successful, these products provide added value to the business unit, J.P. Morgan Chase as a whole, and most importantly, delivering a better banking experience to our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a cross-functional leader to collaborate with design, engineering and marketing teams to drive new marketing product initiatives
  • Develop products and services that deliver innovative experiences and at the same time reduce friction from the banking process;
  • Define new product features, working collaboratively with business and engineering teams across Chase to ensure a unified product landscape;
  • Intake, maintain, and prioritize a backlog of project work from a wide range of sources, to efficiently deliver for the channel. Provide clear vision and scope, use cases, workflows, wire-frames
