*** Architect, implement, and manage organization-wide continuous improvement program, including Lean and Agile methodology, roadmap, capability development, training, deployment, and sustainability.
*** Lead large-scale cross-business and change management initiatives resulting in customer-centric operational excellence and significant value-add for the organization.
*** Partner with business leaders to create and imbed a culture of continuous improvement as a standard operating practice.
*** Ensure all areas receive appropriate support to further continuous improvement efforts.
*** Develop and communicate business cases, report results, and instill accountability for support and execution of continuous improvement efforts in business areas.
*** Develop and manage continuous improvement team resources, and ensures appropriate selection and development of resources within organizational units.
