The Vice President of Clinical Operations OSF MSG is responsible for communicating, implementing and monitoring the strategic objectives of the OSF MSG. Through strong working relationships with physicians and administrative leaders, ensures the OSF MSG and OSF Ministry goals and key outcomes are met by aligning the quality care, access and financial performance within the operations of the ambulatory clinic in their respective regions. Through the management of the practice leaders ensures that OSF MSG creates and maintains a productive and engaging practice environment to improve access, affordability, and efficiency of care within the communities served by OSF MSG.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
5-7 years leadership/ management in healthcare administration or top managerial position in a multi-location environment to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise needed to develop a strategic perspective and independently solve complex business process problems in a collaborative manner.
Master degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field
5 year’s experience leading, managing and directing multiple complex internal and/or external interdisciplinary projects that include healthcare providers, executives and other professional or non-professional personnel.
3-5 year’s experience utilizing Performance Improvement and Change Management tools and methodologies.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills excelling as a collaborative leader with demonstrated achievement of outcomes.
