The Group Client Delivery Leader will be the technology leaders partnering with C-level leadership to proactively deliver enterprise technology strategy to the hospitals and surgical centers within their greographic area. Additionally responsible for all service delivery supporting the customers’ system architecture against metrics and KPIs that drive customer satisfaction and robust technology service and support.
The Service Management Team is the backbone of execution for the all inclusive “DC Model”, incorporating local and remote infrastructure and application support and performance.
Measurement of success is productivity, standardization, technology evolution, contractual management of partners and their performance, customer KPIs and Satisfaction, talent certification and rotation, responsiveness and effectiveness.
This team, working with their leadership, will be responsible for re-engineering the customer delivery operating model. They will be responsible for launching leader forums, operating teams and Voice of the Customer forums.
Producers of data and output for continuous evolution and improvement to innovation, data strategy and architecture and engineering teams
Minimum 7 years experience in IS client delivery and/or applications (clinical or non-clinical) and infrastructuresupport
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related IT field of study; Masters in IT or MBA preferred.
