The Vice President –Transformation is accountable for the transformation activities during the modernization of Finance, Accounting HR and Supply Chain. The VP will lead the design, implementation and operations of a transformation, change management, comms strategy, and vendor relationship management plan. The result of the plan will substantially impact the experience and productivity of every caregiver with PSJH. In addition, the VP will be accountable for managing initially two large vendor contracts

the Vice President –Transformation will be accountable for managing a team of up to 10 internal caregivers and 300 plus vendor resources. The VP will also manage a governance rhythm of business at three levels of the organization: Executive Level (with and between PSJH Execs and Vendors), Program Level (PSJH transformation progress with vendors and Sr. PSJH Leaders), and Operations Level (PSJH Functional Leaders and Vendor Operations Centers, ensuring PSJH business continuity and delivery).

The VP is considered to be a critical senior leader in PSJH's Transformation initiatives and will be responsible for several critical programs: transformation & modernization plan, change management plan, comms plan, governance structure, rhythm, and vendor legal binding contracts. This program will receive cross industry and national media attention, and it will most likely set a standard for other healthcare systems to follow.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or relevant field; or equivalent education/experience.
  • 10 + years leading large scale and complex program/project initiatives.
  • 10 + years of demonstrated ability to lead leaders in the successful implementation of large impactful programs.
  • 10 + years of demonstrated direct or indirect leadership of senior level managers and leaders.
  • Effective Program and Project management leadership skills.
  • Effective senior level communications and executive engagement and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work with all layers within an organization, and connect directly with Caregivers up to Executive Board Members.
  • Financial management and/or savings tracking capabilities.
  • Familiarity in navigating through the PSJH culture
  • Working knowledge in understanding key stakeholders and how to facilitate alignment/issue resolution.
  • Capability to hold partners accountable for contractual obligations.
