Identify, document, escalate, and resolve actual and potential conflicts of interest arising from transactions and other business activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent and two (2) years of experience analyzing evolving trends in transactional conflicts and risks based on developments in products, markets and regulation.
Prior experience must include at least two (2) years assessing adaptability of existing systems to evolving trends in transactional conflicts and risks, communicating requirements to developers and conducting user acceptance testing of changes; crystalizing transactional conflicts and risks and identifying appropriate mitigants; documenting transactional conflict check lifecycle steps and developing processes and quality checks to ensure reusability and scalability of standard functions and processes; analyzing transactions, identifying potential conflicts, and working with legal and compliance control functions to implement appropriate mitigants; referring transaction teams to control forums; and providing training on transactional conflict and risk identification and clearing.
Employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study towards a Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of related work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
