Our client is a leading multi-location healthcare services company and is experiencing tremendous growth as a result of a deep pocketed investor group recently taking ownership. Growth is occurring both through acquisition and through de novo opportunities. We require an individual who will partner with the CEO and in conjunction with the private equity group work through a growing pipeline of acquisition candidates.
Our mandate requires a process-oriented doer mentality in addition to a demonstrated history steeped in the end-to-end acquisition (M&A) process including business assessment, valuation, contract negotiation, integration planning and post-closing issue resolution. Our client has a strong preference for individuals with a background that is steeped in relationship building with owners of healthcare practices (i.e. veterinarians, physiotherapists, dentists, speciality medical etc). This is an ideal position for someone ready to build their own legacy with an entrepreneurial, private equity sponsored business with a promising growth trajectory. You must be able to travel regularly (several days per week) both locally and nationally.
This position offers an attractive compensation package with competitive base salary, bonus plus stock options.
