Grow your career as a Vice President - Business Development on the Trisept Solutions team. In this role, you will directly impact both our people and bottom-line revenue growth in the leisure travel technology for Trisept Solutions and Apple Leisure Group (ALG). You will collaborate with Trisept’s Product Management and Delivery teams as well as ALG business development teams to develop market strategy and grow Trisept’s revenues, brand and image. Through collaborative, team-building leadership, you will inspire, develop and lead Trisept’s Synapse and VAX VacationAccess Commercial Teams.

A successful Vice President - Business Development will:

  • Develop and grow customer relationships and revenues for Trisept’s Synapse, VAX VacationAccess and Xcelerator products
  • Collaborate with ALG Vacations team to develop and grow customer relationships for private label business
  • Grow Trisept’s brand and image within the travel ecosystem
  • Leverage Trisept’s technology platform to solve customers’ business problems
  • Inspire, develop and lead the Trisept Solutions Commercial Team
  • Embrace and hold team accountable to Core Values and Unique Processes
  • Develop market strategy and future vision for Trisept’s Products while ensuring alignment with Trisept’s Product Management and Delivery teams
  • Collaborate with customers and contribute to Synapse, VAX VacationAccess and Xcelerator product roadmaps
  • Have an innate desire and eye for developing people and creating trust
  • Have an instinctive way of asking thought-provoking questions and challenging status-quo
  • Have ownership of highest quality service levels and financial success
  • Embody Trisept’s vision, strategy and value proposition to internal team, stakeholders, existing and potential customers


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field and at least 10 years of travel industry experience in a leadership role
  • Positive leadership skills and the ability to take responsibility for growing and developing a commercial team
  • Collaborative, team-building leadership style
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude and an inspiration to others.
  • Outstanding consultative solutions selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and suppliers
  • Highly motivated and inquisitive nature
  • Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
  • P&L experience in technology solutions company
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with executive level peers, customers and partners
  • Experience effectively managing a team of technical, operational, and customer experience subject matter experts to achieve key deliverables, generate revenue, maximize customer loyalty and minimize operating expenses
  • Understanding travel technology and the travel technology ecosystem
  • Travel – international and domestic travelrequired, approximately 20% of time
