How you will spend your time as our VP Brand Marketing-
Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, this role has responsibility for Globalization Partners overall brand and awareness strategy. As a highly experienced modern marketer, strong collaborator, and leader, you will be accountable for strategies and execution to increase our brand awareness within targeted communities. You will also oversee all aspects of our brand, ensuring quality, engagement, and consistency. Our ideal candidate has a solid B2B SaaS Marketing background and is an expert in storytelling and designing, implementing, and monitoring brands globally (US, EU, APAC). You will take ownership of all brand action and strategy working closely with our CEO.
You will shape our brand strategy and communication and execute our brand vision across all channels (marketing content, event and community approach, product releases, sales approach, corporate messaging, campaign, people, and culture activities). You will lead our communication, event, community, and design teams all part of our global marketing team. Working closely with all other departments, especially with our product, product marketing, content, and growth teams to increase our brand awareness internally and externally.

You will be a marketing expert capable of adding insight, galvanizing discussion, and innovation across the organization. You will have a data driven approach to reviewing opportunities, programs, and results with a mindset of continuous improvement and impact.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of high level Marketing experience, with an emphasis in Brand Marketing. They are a successful B2B SaaS marketing leader who owns the brand strategy at an equivalent sized company (1B+ in Revenues), manages large brand awareness budgets, has a strong track record in organizational leadership, and extremely results driven.
With global responsibility, the successful individual has a strong international mindset and collaborates with teams across various geographies and time zones. A highly effective communicator and collaborator, they will work to develop relationships across the organization, especially across other marketing functions. Considering the size and scale of the business, they will also be comfortable being hands-on and in the details where required.
Marketing exists to communicate messages and ideas to a wide audience. A VP Brand can craft a strategy to spread a brand’s message across the country or around the world.
The VP Brand is required to sit beside the CRO/CEO to oversee the cultivation of a coherent brand story and corresponding design vocabulary. This key executive presence provides a unifying force and singular focus to both the marketing department and the company or organization at large. Spreading a brand’s message is about delivering authentic brand experiences.
