- Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm; Sunday: Closed

Requirements: - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Valid veterinary license in the state of Iowa
