As part of the Customer Service Aftersales team, this position is responsible for management and administration of sales, marketing, product development, and incentive spending to drive a business within a business of more than $100M per year in accessories sales. The candidate must be able to master sales operations, field promotions, product planning (for accessories and vehicles), and have a strong understanding of retailer behaviors in addition to applying his/her acquired sales and marketing skills to influence engagement of retail partners to drive revenue through retailer-fit and port-fit accessory sales channels. This position will also review monthly revenue and profit opportunities to drive momentum required to fuel accessory business growth to achieve Business Planning volume levels and successful new model launches. The successful candidate will have key interface with the Jaguar Land Rover retailer network, corporate field teams, and several key supplier partners.
Responsibilities include the sales, marketing and forecasting of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle accessories to achieve the annual budget objectives as well as the following key functions:
Manage sales activity derived from retailer and port installed channels of business
Forecast demand to align with parts and logistic supply efforts for efficient management of resources
Assume active role in determining market demand and accessory product offerings for all new vehicles
Manage vehicle accessory catalogues to ensure up to date offering of price and product
Influence positioning of accessory products in all consumer channels to create awareness/generate sales
Coordinate Market Managers’ and Aftersales Market Managers’ efforts to achieve sales within the markets.
Focus on retailer installed and port installed channels, especially accessory package performance.
Construct new accessory packages to improve incremental sales penetration with emphasis on profit.
Direct the efforts of department Marketing & Events Senior Specialist to develop sales incentives, social media video content, still photography and related resources to promote product offerings

Key Criteria for the Role
BA/BS in Marketing or Business; or equivalent work experience;
Minimum 5 years automotive accessory sales and marketing experience; must be knowledgeable of parts/logistic infrastructure, demand forecasting
Advanced Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Power Point
Strong forecasting and analytical skills;
Strong Prioritization, multi-tasking skills
Strong verbal & written communication skills
