The UX researcher will work closely with product managers and the UX team to propose and conduct qualitative and quantitative research which will inform and improve our product solutions. The researcher will manage recruitment, maintain customer engagement records, design and implement usability tests, and provide actionable reports to all stakeholders.
Candidate must be an excellent communicator to effectively work with customers across the globe; as well as to document and present research findings to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will identify the appropriate research method for each project and will plan, coordinate and conduct research. You will also establish relationships with account managers in each region to help identify potential customers, clarify persona details, and work as an advocate for customer engagement within the company.

? Create methodologies, test plans, and reports that generate actionable data
? Build collaborative relationships across multiple teams
? Work closely with UX research colleagues to share results and establish standards
? Self-directed individual that can synthesize complex patterns, identify issues and opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
? BA in Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction or related fields or related fields preferred
? 3 years of experience conducting user experience research.
? Experience with a broad range of research methodologies.
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? A strong understanding of UI Design
? Experience with high-volume e-commerce and desktop web and/or mobile POS a plus
