Experience Design has a high level of design experience responsible for programs of work or journeys guided and coached by senior design leaders. Has the ability to lead larger and more senior groups of designers and leads the hiring process for their organization. Highly experienced in UX processes and tools and have expertise in most UX competencies. Leads UX activities, receives mentorship from leaders across disciplines, and mentors Managing and Senior Designers. Leads or acts as a chapter lead for multiple cross-disciplinary teams and are skilled at presenting design ecosystems and advanced concepts to peers, leaders and stakeholders.
- Identifies user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain points in order to empathize with them

- -Extends and contributes to existing designs and design systems of their peers with attention to hierarchy of components, grid systems, and responsive layouts"
- Builds models including user flows, wireframes, and facades to facilitate testing, assist with development decisions, and mitigate risk
- -Utilizes industry standard tools such as Adobe XD and Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision
- -Designs brand aligned micro-interactions, using motion and animation to communicate feedback, confirm response to user input, or create signature moments"
