Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Study different forms of customer feedback and continuously improve user interfaces which address customer needs
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for new and existing software products and services
  • Articulate loosely defined business problems and provide appealing solutions
  • Follow user centric design methods  to support design decisions and recommend interface enhancements
  • Plan and facilitate brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to gain feedback and drive design decisions
  • Develop high-level concepts that consider the user, business, technology constraints, and insights gathered through research and testing.
  • Contribute and create workflow diagrams, low & high fidelity wireframes and showcase to gather feedback and iterate
  • Follow design standards and patterns for consistency and contribute to keep UX guidelines up-to-date
  • Cross team collaboration with globally spread team and design negotiations
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for next level UX or extend the system

Education and/or Experience          

  • A passionate creative mind who has experience with service applications and world class brand
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or a related design or behavioral science discipline
  • More than 5 years of professional digital design experience that encompasses product design, consumer mobile and web-based products, and responsive web design
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong skills in interaction (UX) and visual (UI) design
  • Responsive, adaptive, and mobile design knowledge
  • Knowledge in Agile, iterative project methodology, human-centered design process, lean UX that incorporates research, design, validation, and deployment
  • Quick prototyping and demonstrating skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently, on a team, and collaboratively across teams, disciplines and cultures
  • Attention to detail throughout the design process and into the QA process as designs advance through the development cycle
  • Proficient with current design and collaboration tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and ADA Section 508
  • Creating prototypes using HTML/CSS/JS a plus
