Reponsible to drive Organizational Change Management activities across the CMS enterprise. Responsible for interacting directly with end-users to provide additional information on the end-user perspective. Ensures the voice of the end-user is represented in all efforts aimed at continual service delivery improvement and will manage the development of end-user communications, outreach and training modules.

Qualifications:

10 years of project management experience, supporting and driving continuous improvement.  3 years experience with corporate communications and Organizational Change Management.

Bachelor's Degree or minimum 7 years of experience in lieu of degree
