Education: Graduate of the USAF Weapons School required. Graduate of the Space Superiority Weapons Instructor Course preferred. Bachelor's degree (Education or related discipline desired).
Training and Experience: Previous instructor/evaluator experience in the primary training system.
Preferred Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of operational Space Superiority officer experience. Previous experience as a Weapons School or an academic platform instructor. Qualified instructor/evaluator within the preceding four (4) years or qualified as a contractinstructor within the preceding two (2) years. Have attended the military ISD course, or civilian equivalent.Previous experience in the design and development of instructional materials.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Security Clearance: Current security clearance of "Secret" or above. Ability ot obtain/maintain a "Top Secret/SCI" security clearance.
