US SALES DIRECTOR ? Disruptive Digital Health Technology

Reports to: CEO

Location: NYC offices / work from home office combination

 

Our client?s disruptive technology combined first in market passive monitoring, Big Data structuring & pattern recognition, Analytical analysis & insight generation and Real-time health intervention to remotely observe and maintain continuous, bi-directional contact with those under their care. Their platform additionally employs machine learning to apply personalized CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) driven intervention that increase individuals' treatment adherence and efficacy.

The sales director will lead and manage the sales effort and pipeline of the company, with a strong focus on the US market

 

Major responsibilities

? Own and meet quarterly and annual sales targets (revenues, bookings, otherportfolio metrics) with enterprise healthcare accounts (providers/clinics, operators of employee benefits programs and payors (Health Insurance Companies)

? Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

?Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

? Build and negotiate the right commercial model per client

? Develop sales best practices per type of enterprise customer

? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

? Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

?Work closely with the Company?s technical and marketing staff and guiding the product strategy for best market fit

?Support Company marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and othermarketingevents and pre-sales efforts as required

Experience and qualifications

? Loves to win attitude and never gives up

? Extensive experience (at least 5years) in corporate healthcare domain sales in the US (preferably in Digital Health or mHealth of B2B nature)

? Strong understanding of the US healthcare system - structure, value-chain, reimbursements,

procurement decision making processes etc.

? Excellent ability to build and nurture effective relationships with industry stakeholders and decision makers, at the managerial and CXO level

?4year life sciences degree or equivalent (medical degree is viewed as an advantage)

? Ability to work effectively as a peer with seasoned professionals from other disciplines and being a strong team member

? Ability and desire to operate in an early stage startup where one leads and drive his/her own

processes to achieve results

? High standard code of ethics with adequate interpersonal communication skills

? Problem-solving and growth mindset are key to succeeding in this role

? Highly independent, action oriented and capable of working remotely.

 ? Native English is a must. Travelrequired.

  • Siemens (Digital Health division)
  • Samsung (Digital Health Division)
  • Microsoft Health (mainly because they sell to enterprise thus understand the nature of B2B sales)
  • Digital Health / mHealth / eHealth professionals from large healthcare providers ? Cleveland Clinic, Mayo clinic, Intermountain, Mount Sinai, Northwell,
  • Grown up startups - Zebra medical, Omada Health, Noom, Welltok, ginger.io, Welldoc, Lantern

$200K $220K
$120K - $140K base, uncapped commission pays $200K at100% to quota bonus
