We are excited to announce that at this time we are looking for Urology Sales Specialists to join our team of over 10,000 global field representatives in several regions making over 20 million product details annually for our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. This exciting opportunity is with QuintilesIMS who has partnered with Avadel Specialty Pharmaceuticals to build an entirely new commercial and medical organization to support the pending launch and future development of their new product. This new product, once available, will be the first and only product approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of nocturia due to nocturnal polyuria. Nocturia is a medical condition which results in frequent nighttime urination, which may prevent patients from experiencing a normal, restful sleep cycle. Nocturia is associated with a number of co-morbidities and health-related consequences, and is often misdiagnosed and undertreated.Urology Sales SpecialistsThe UrologySales Specialist is primarilyresponsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining access of promoted products and, subsequently, sales of products within assigned territory. This is accomplished by establishing mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships with influential residents,fellows, attending physicians,pharmacists, and healthcare providers key to the sales success of promoted products. Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4 yeardegree from an accredited college or university required
  • Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, device or healthcare industry required
  • Experience selling to urologists, urogyns a strong plus
  • Proven track record of success in competitive environment
  • Existing relationship within territory accounts
  • Documented sales results, including examples of company awards and achievements
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Residence within the current geography required
  • Willingness to travel
