The Upgrade Engagement Owner is responsible for driving software upgrade projects from beginning-to-end. This includes coordinating and driving weekly meetings with clients and Cerner teams, managing to the timeline, ensuring critical path tasks are completed on time, driving the issue resolution process, and planning, executing, and supporting the Production upgrade event. Upgrade Engagement Owners are also key to closing the loop on broad-impact issues and continually improving Upgrade Center processes.
