World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Unified Communications Support Analyst as a part of our Internal IT Operations group. 

Job Duties:

  • Facilitate and execute on live events and large customer-facing meetings, providing support for voice, video, and presentation needs in a variety of formats.Some weekends and evening support duties will be required.

  • Consult with WWT's Global Service Desk and Unified Communications teams to facilitate and provide consistent ongoing support

  • Respond to escalated end user problems in a timely manner relating to voice and video hardware, software, and peripherals

  • Provide ongoing support for conference room video and audio solutions, WebEx meeting center, digital signage, and more.

  • Work closely with other teams in IT Operations to provide root cause analysis and resolve systemic end user issues reaching multiple teams.

  • Perform individual and group training for our users on utilizing our enterprise voice and video offerings.

  • Consult with WWT's Unified Communications team to recommend and design solutions that align to business problems and industry trends to help our users remain connected and collaborative.

  • Coordinate with vendors to perform maintenance as needed on audio/video equipment

  • Provide Hardware/software support to internal customers on both Windows and Mac operating systems.


  • 3+ years of experience supporting audio/visual equipment

  • Logical problem solving skills and knowledge of research techniques, methods, and procedures for rapid problem resolution.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • A strong desire to learn and grow in the Unified Communications discipline

  • Strong focus and passion on understanding user needs and connecting users to technology

  • Experiencetroubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows & Mac operating systems

  • Strong passion and desire to exceed customer expectations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proactive and creative thinking mindset with a focus on finding innovative solutions to problems.

  • Able to perform at a high level in a stressful, fast-paced work environment.
