The UHNW Marketing Team focuses on creating strategies, solutions and tools that help foster client engagement and support advisors to retain and win business. This group is broadly responsible for marketing, branding, digital strategy, client communications, client education and event programming, and working with teams on their specific marketing and business development strategies. Delivering premium client events and experiences is an integral part of the marketing strategy. This role will partner and support the Private Wealth Management business, with a primary focus on International Wealth Management for non-resident clients.

Private Wealth Management ("PWM") is the division within Morgan Stanley Wealth Management that is exclusively focused on the ultra high net worth ("UHNW") client segment, defined as $20MM + in investable assets. PWM consists of over 250 Private Wealth Advisor Teams. Founded over 40 years ago, PWM serves many of the world's most prominent entrepreneurs, executives, families and foundations, leveraging the strength, stature and resources of the Morgan Stanley Franchise.

International Wealth Management ("IWM") is part of PWM and offers a highly specialized set of capabilities to address the unique financial needs of clients residing outside the United States. With over 600 International Client Advisors, IWM maintains a presence in major banking and financial centers to serve more than 140,000 families from over 60 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Position Summary:
The Private Wealth Management and International Wealth Management Marketing role will be responsible for developing and executing the UHNW marketing strategy, with a primary focus on targeting non-resident clients outside of the United States. The individual will be involved in strategic initiatives across UHNW Marketing and will report directly to the Head of UHNW Marketing.

Responsibilities:
� Collaborate closely with PWM / IWM Management and key business partners

on developing and executing marketing initiatives aligned with the business

strategy
� Focus on building out the marketing strategy for the international business,

leveraging the marketing ecosystem based on jurisdictional needs and

regulatory requirements
� Drive the development of non-US resident client marketing through digital

platforms, such as websites, social media and other channels
� Partner with IWM product groups and Family Office Resources in delivering a

cohesive marketing strategy for the suite of offerings
� Enhance process for translations into Spanish, Portuguese and Traditional

Chinese
� Oversee UHNW client events from planning through to execution in

partnership with events team and other stakeholders, including communication

and event strategy / programming
� Develop and help execute brand awareness through multiple channels,

including sponsorship, advertising and media opportunities
� Work hand in glove with Private Wealth Advisors and International Client

Advisors across the United States to develop tailored marketing strategy and

content
� Analyze the UHNW competition for trends to assess impact and opportunities
� Active involvement in marketing metrics and demonstration of ROI on all

initiatives

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Skills Required:
� B.A or B.S. degree. A concentration in Marketing a plus
� A minimum of 15 years of marketing experience; preferred experience in

finance, specifically international wealth management/ultra high net worth

segment
� Experience with leveraging multiple marketing channels
� Ability to perform marketing analysis including segmentation; analyzing and

interpreting trends
� Experience in event strategy is highly recommended
� Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and written

communication skills
� Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
� Ability to organize and prioritize workflow in a deadline oriented environment
� Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese or Mandarin a plus
� Demonstrate positive attitude, with ability to work well in teams and high

pressure environment
