Position Summary:

At Lytx we are passionate about our work and inspired to help make our roadways safer. Our Trial Success Manager (TSM) works closely with our Sales Team to help demonstrate our fleet safety and fleet management solutions and showcase the benefits of working with Lytx. The TSM is responsible for the management and success of our trials. The TSM works closely with our prospective client to understand their business and safety objectives, then designs a program solution that best meets their needs. Through a standardized consultative methodology, the TSM will educate the client on best practices for identifying, understanding and reducing the causes of risky driving behavior within their fleets, as well as focus on driver and coach adoption. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building relationships, enjoys designing business solutions while working cross-functionally to ensure trial success. The successful end of a project results in the client becoming a long-term partner who implements our products across their entire fleet.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of the trial and acting as the primary contact for Client throughout the trial process
  • Partner with the Sales Team to design a customized trial win strategy that meets a clients’ safety objectives, safety culture, and accounts for the competitive landscape
  • Manage trial project plan to ensure key milestones are met and that project meets budget and schedule constraints
  • Develop strong relationships at a variety of levels within the Client organization, including C-suite, and be able to influence key contacts during the trial process
  • Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including change management, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and more
  • Present data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive level clients
  • Create and deliver effective onsite and web-based training and best practice presentations
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training and customer support
  • Design and configure the platform to meet the unique needs of the client and ensure it helps to solve their problems
  • Responsible for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a point of escalation for Client issues
  • Assist in managing or leading special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  • BA/BS is required; a Graduate degree is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of account management and strategic consulting experience with large accounts
  • Strong consulting, analysis, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships, including the ability to motivate and influence clients and decision makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Strong technical acumen; ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated success managing complex projects
  • Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to travel 10 - 40%
  • Remote office is a possibility
