JOB SUMMARY:
Reviews, monitors, and reconciles the bank accounts for the Health System Treasury function. Initiates and approves all electronic payments in bank portals and intercompany cash transactions and prepares all related journal entry activity. Oversees all credit card device activity, inventory, and discrepancy monitoring, including leading Treasury's involvement with PCI compliance, security and maintaining the MID Master document. Serves as Treasury's key liaison to IT, Cyber Security, Revenue Cycle, Finance and all areas as it relates to accepting credit card payments.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience working in Treasury/Finance or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong computer and software skills, and ability to remain organized and efficient. Can positively relate with team members and management.
Possesses and can demonstrate strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze and translate data into useable information.
Manage multiple requests concurrently.
Knowledge of financial systems / technical skills, along with a solid understanding of GAAP is preferred.
Adaptable to changing circumstances and strategies.
Demonstrate continued willingness to learn, while developing business acumen to achieve ongoing growth within the position and within the organization.
Basic project management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with banking institutions, merchant services, IT, project management and working with multiple departments, including internal and external parties, preferably in a healthcare environment.
