We are currently looking for the right individual to join our Transportation Planning Services Group in the role of Transportation Planning Team Manager. This individual will possess a high energy level and be a self-motivated Manager / Client Server with the ability to grow the service line by providing high quality services.

Responsibilities

In this role, the qualified candidate will:

• Manages projects assuring that all production, quality, and budgetary objectives are met
• Supervises and coordinates activities of staff
• Promote Customer Relations
• Lead Planning Team in both Municipal and TxDOT Planning
• Engage in planning and public meetings

Qualifications

• Master’s in Urban Planning or similar degree
• 10+ years of experience
• AICP preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great client service capability
