Requires BS-MS level scientist generally educated in genotyping methods such as: restriction fragment length polymorphism identification; random amplified polymorphic detection; amplified fragment length polymorphism detection, polymerase chain reaction, DNA sequencing, allele specific oligonucleotide probes, and hybridization to DNA microarrays or beads.
