What you will do as the Transaction Tax Manager:
As the Transaction Tax Manager, you will work closely with our clients and team members in providing tax due diligence, structuring, modeling and other tax advisory services in connection with mergers, acquisitions and reorganization transactions. Through analysis of financial and tax data, you will provide insights to key decision-makers that help them increase value and reduce taxrisks and uncertainty inherent in transactions.
You will also work with the CLA service teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during and after the transaction. This includes working directly with experienced Principals who teach, train, and promote a great working environment.
