Develop the skills of internal service providers, field service technicians, and customers to use manufacturing line inspection equipment by designing and delivering technical training programs for classroom, virtual hands-on lab, webinars, and eLearning formats.
***Work with manager and cross functional teams to scope training requirements, objectives, and resources.
*** Design, develop, evaluate, refine, and maintain training materials such as instructional outlines, course curricula, assessments, and quick reference material for classroom, online, and virtual training.
*** Present training using instructional techniques such as demonstrations, group discussions, team exercises, hands-on experiences, lectures, or remote delivery through WebEx or similar.
*** Provide custom training and consultation by determining customer needs and workflow, and adapting training accordingly.
*** Evaluate training programs based on adult learning principles and revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods.
*** Perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs including maintaining the weekly training schedule.
