Education: High School Diploma or GED and 6 years' experience with Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) training and certification programs; or Associate's Degree and 5 years' experience; or Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience; or Master's Degree and 2 years' experience.

Training and Experience: Have a minimum of one (1) yearexperience as an aircrew member on Special Operations Forces (SOF) aircraft and express a degree of understanding and knowledge of SOF aircrew procedures to include: tactics, technique and procedures, aircrew training, standardization and evaluation, publication management, life support equipment, exercise management, and mobility requirements.

General Skills: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, flexible in work assignments, detail oriented, highly organized, takes initiative, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Security Clearance: Must currently possess a security clearance level of "Secret" or higher.


  • Maintain 200-400 training records.
  • Schedule and track aircrew member training events in accordance with AF regulations; to include: mission and aircraft transitions.
  • Order and administer enlisted Career Development Courses, schedule End-of-Course test dates, and maintain all OJT records for K and 7-level upgrade trainees.
  • Responsible for monitoring training folders to include status of all current folders formatted in a deliverable that is continuously updated.
  • Track leadership's priority for training.
  • Stay current on deployment schedules for individuals in training status and ensure timely qualifications of crew members.
  • Review and update student/permanent party records, folders, and grade books.
  • Perform weekly currency check of personnel training and including ancillary training requirements.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
