Serve as a Training Development Manager on the Retail Solutions Global Customer Operations Team. The Training Development Manager is responsible for developing training solutions and workflows that drive product adoption, and ultimately lead to higher customer retention rates. This role will work in close partnership with other members of the training team and help facilitate change management with other customer stakeholders to deliver a modern, world class training program.



  • Develop and implement new interactive e-learning modules for RSi’s core suite of products and applications that are available via the RSi Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Develop and implement micro-learning courses for RSi programs that are available via the RSi LMS
  • Apply new product features and updates to all RSi e-learning content
  • Serve as the lead system admin on the RSi LMS and perform system maintenance when necessary
  • Conduct research on LMS’s in the market and provide recommendations on which is the best fit for RSi
  • Create and maintain offline instructor-led training workflows in the RSi LMS
  • Develop a suite of training reports and dashboards in the LMS and disseminate to key stakeholders on a regular basis
  • Determine the most effective training mediums that will increase user adoption and enable the users to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Institute consistent, efficient internal training processes that accelerate new employee development and reduce communication errors
  • Maintain branding and content accuracy of all learning content


  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training projects
  • 5+ years working with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience working with web-based reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Strategy Companion, Spotfire, etc.
  • Expertise in adult education learning principles
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Expertise in managing training products in a variety of formats, including seminars, workshops, webcasts, and e-learning modules
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience working in software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment
