Our Waymo Driver powers Waymo One, our autonomous ride-hailing service, as well as Waymo Via, our trucking and local delivery service. The Operations team is the heart of Waymo’s testing operations and ride hailing service, handling every detail to make sure that each ride is the ultimate user experience. The Waymo U team manages, creates, and delivers policies, standards, procedures, and training programs, and ensures consistently high levels of adherence.
Our Waymo U (training) team is seeking a Compliance Program Manager who can analyze our policy and training programs against internal management expectations and external regulations, and ensure that we are in compliance. The compliance manager will be responsible for reviewing policies, standards, procedures, and training materials and training compliance, and then developing a formal observation process to ensure adherence. If you have prior experience working in compliance, policy, or training, we want you on our team.
