Coordinate, administer, and maintain various training and development services.
*** Design new courses, learning assessments, and similar.
*** Produce paper and electronic learning materials for training courses such as: instructor manuals, participant manuals, PowerPoint slides, and related training materials.
*** Contribute to web producing and related virtual learning delivery functions.
*** Utilize Adobe Captivate, Adobe Connect, and WebEx and similar authoring & delivery tools.
*** Develop and maintain course management manuals and guides.
*** Manage enrollment process and input results into computerized records system for training activities.
*** Assist with corporate newsletter, advertising course offerings, scheduling participants, scheduling rooms, arranging catering, notifying and advising internal facilitators, and sending pre and post course memos.
*** Support administrative functions including: generating reports, typing, and distributing correspondence.
*** Purchase all training materials for courses and maintain inventory.
*** Provide daily support for training and operations.
