WHAT YOU WILL DO AT SAPUTO

Responsible for implementing the Operations training strategy within the different divisions of the

company and assessing outcomes. Identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable

training initiatives that build capabilities within the Operations group.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Deploy a wide variety of training and learning solutions

Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and success

Provide solutions to address specific training and development gaps and tailor programs as needed

Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, material production and distribution

Travel time 75%

7 years of experience in an Operations leadership role

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

Dependable and team oriented with a history of being able to work independently

Strong persuasive leadership skills
