Trade Finance Officer - Letters of Credit Operations role- Senior to Working Manager level depending on experience.
-Must be versed in supporting trade finance operations for multiple energy and non-energy commodities and products (i.e crude, products, nat gas, power, ag products, metals, etc.)
-It is highly preferred that this professional have experience in a banking organization's high volume trade finance team.
Must be experienced and fluent with both UCP 600 and ISP 98 governing Letters of Credit protocols (LC issuance and receipt) and can exhibit strong to expert knowledge in this space. Versed with nuances between Standbys and Documentary credits
-Experience and/or working knowledge in trade settlements and confirmations IN ADDITION to expertise in strong technical knowledge in UCP/ISP governed Letters of Credit is a plus
-Must be comfortable working directly with traders, commercial deal makers, and credit and contracts functions and in understanding deal structures and nuances in domestic and international transactions.
-Must exhibit a sense of urgency and comfortable in a fast-paced high-volume business requiring attention to detail
-Seeking minimum 3 to 8+ years experience directly in a trade finance / letters of credit operations role.
Degree 'd in Finance or closely related business discipline.
