Drives the Company's total rewards objectives and competitive position in the marketplace. Directs the planning, administration and implementation of job evaluations and wage and salary management programs for the Company, including base and bonus pay. Directs the design and function of Company-sponsored retirement and health and welfare benefit plans to be competitive in the industry to promote team member recruiting and retention while maintaining aggressive cost, quality and process controls.
