The Tools Development Engineer plays an integral role in developing tools and reports to enable greater insights, scalability, and efficiency within the Global Customer Support organization. You will create applications and tools that unlock value in critical systems that support our Customers and front-line Experts. This role works closely with other team members and internal stakeholders including IT, EA, BI, and Security, as well as vendors partners to develop and maintain solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
This position reports to the Sr. Director, Supportability & Tools.
