Global Tier I Automotive plastic injection co. is in rapid ramp up mode.  



  • Inspection of equipment and tools, following operational guidelines, to identify status
  • Help support new project development and provide information and suggestions based on requirements and technology of new products
  • Lead preventative (predictive) maintenance plans of equipment/tooling and track progress
  • Monitoring the use of spare parts and ensuring the correct use to eliminate waste 
  • Track breakdown and maintenance of equipment and tools, and complete maintenance records
  • Responsible for fault analysis of equipment and tools in the production area and tracking required actions
  • Responsible for acceptance of new equipment and tools
  • Responsible for management of department safety production, examining training status of safety production, fire knowledge and safety codes to ensure that all employees have known relevant safety provisions
  • Establishing management rules for department safety production and security measures for post holders to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure safety production
  • Actively promoting 5S visual management and organizing on-site arrangement and maintenance based on management standards of 5S, to make sure work site is neat and orderly



  • Bachelor?s degree or above or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of production management experience, experience in auto and plastic industry is preferred
  • Strong maintenance and repair ability on injection machines and tools
  • Good organization and management capacity, good communication skills
  • Team player with sense of cooperation and service
  • Ability to work independently and work under pressure
